Shipping & Returns

1. Coffee

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on coffee products. However, if your coffee shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage so we can assess the situation and provide you with a replacement.

2. T-Shirts and Mugs

T-Shirts and Mugs are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

3. Returns Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at hello@astoniscoffee.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or tags, and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.

  • Ship the item to the address provided along with the RA number. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged shipment.

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a clear photo of the damage. This will help us assess the situation and determine if there is a pattern of damages that needs to be addressed with our shipping department. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
